At Angōzi Studio, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients, subscribers and users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Open Intelligence service.

Angōzi Studio provides transparent and secure access to AI models. We operate with a deep respect for user privacy and are dedicated to upholding the principles outlined in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

  • Names: Used to identify users.

  • Email Addresses: Used for account registration and communication.

  • Passwords: Used to secure user accounts (passwords are never stored by Angōzi Studio and are not accessible to us).

This information is collected solely to provide the Angōzi OI service.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

  • Provide and maintain the Angōzi OI service.

  • Ensure compliance with our Terms of Service for Open Intelligence, including fair use of our services.

We DO NOT:

  • Train AI models using user conversations or other data.

  • Share user data with third parties under any circumstances.

  • Use your data for any purpose other than providing the service.

Data Security

We take the security of your data very seriously. Our security measures include:

  • Passwords for user accounts are never stored, preventing access to user credentials.

  • Server access is restricted to vetted and qualified personnel.

  • Server encryption at the BIOS level.

  • Strong passwords for server access, generated randomly and secured with biometric authentication.

Data Retention and User Rights

  • Export: Users are free to export their data for backup purposes.

  • Temporary Chats: We do not store or retain any history about temporary chats.

  • Deletion:

    • Data retention is limited to the duration you use our services. Users can request data or account deletion by sending an email from the address used for registration to studio@angozi.art

    • Older chat history or attachment data may be deleted from accounts that use excessive amounts of storage space. Users will be informed of this and prompted to download an archive of their data before.​​

    • Accounts that violate our ToS will be deleted without prior warning, and the user blacklisted from the service.

  • Closure: If Angōzi Studio ceases operation, all user data will be permanently deleted, and the service will be closed. There will be no transfer of data.

Changes and Transfers

  • Angōzi OI will not be sold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of as a whole. Consequently, no transfer of data will occur.

  • Angōzi Studio reserves the right to add to this Privacy Policy as necessary. We will maintain our commitment to user privacy throughout any change.

Legal Disclosure

In the unlikely event of a data breach, we may erase all user data and reset all passwords to protect user privacy. We comply with all relevant Jamaican laws and regulations regarding data protection.
