About the Role

As Studio Assistant at Angozi Studio you would be responsible for:


Operations & Business Support

  • Manage the studio email inbox and triage incoming inquiries.

  • Schedule meetings, consultations, and site visits efficiently; propose optimal times based on availability and client needs.

  • Assist with market research on competitive rates and make recommendations for pricing.

  • Conduct proactive client outreach, lead generation, and follow-up.

  • Support cold calling initiatives to grow the client base.

  • Maintain client relationship standards, ensuring excellent service and responsiveness.

Administration

  • Organize ClickUp boards, track project timelines, and manage deliverables.

  • Maintain structured digital files and cloud resources (Nextcloud).

  • Prepare and issue invoices and quotations using Wix, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

  • Assist with internal documentation, bookkeeping, and expense tracking as needed.

Social Media & Online Presence

  • Schedule and post content on social media platforms following brand guidelines.

  • Assist in creating social media assets when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

  • Comfortable learning digital tools (ClickUp, Google Workspace, Wix, Nextcloud, Canva).

  • Customer service experience is essential.

  • Business development, client outreach, or sales experience is a strong plus.

  • Ability to balance administrative support with proactive growth initiatives.

Requirements

This position requires someone with:


• Strong Communication Skills

Ability to write clear, professional emails and communicate confidently with clients, leads, and vendors. Customer service experience is highly preferred.

• Organizational & Administrative Ability

Skilled at coordinating schedules, planning meetings or site visits, managing calendars, and keeping digital files and project folders organized.

• Project Management Skills

Familiar with (or quick to learn) tools like ClickUp. Able to track tasks, deadlines, and project progress, and support overall workflow management.

• Digital Tool Competency

Comfortable using or learning platforms such as Google Workspace, Canva, and Nextcloud. Able to adapt quickly to new software.

• Wix Invoicing & Quotation Management

Willing and able to learn how to create invoices, quotations, and administrative documents using Wix.

• Outreach & Business Development Skills

Comfortable with cold calling, client outreach, and lead generation. Able to research potential clients, send outreach emails, and maintain a simple lead‑tracking system.

• Market Research Ability

Able to research competitive industry rates and propose fair pricing or scheduling recommendations based on findings.

• Proactive & Self‑Directed Work Style

Takes initiative, manages tasks independently, and brings ideas for improving studio operations and outreach.

• Reliability & Professionalism

Consistent with communication, punctual with tasks, and able to maintain confidentiality with client information and studio data.
