We believe knowledge should not be hoarded. Design should not be gatekept. Power should not be centralized. And learning is a lifelong process.
Openness, for us, means working transparently, communicating clearly, and making processes understandable to the people they affect. It means designing with accessibility in mind — socially, physically, culturally. It means sharing credit, welcoming collaboration, and approaching every interaction as an opportunity to grow.
We choose dialogue over ego, clarity over confusion, and inclusion over exclusivity.

We believe that all animals, human or otherwise, deserve to be free. Free from pain, exploitation, confinement, bodily and systemic harm.
For Angozi, veganism is not a diet. It is an ethical position, an all encompassing intersectional social justice stance. It shapes how we think, what we design, and who we choose to work with.
We do not support systems built on animal exploitation. We do not design anything intended to perpetuate carnistic industry. We do not specify materials derived from animal bodies. We actively avoid materials produced through violent or extractive systems.

We design with life cycles in mind.We consider where materials come from, how they perform, and where they go when their use is complete.
We prioritize renewable and regenerative resources, reduce reliance on high-emission systems, and aim for circular solutions wherever possible.
